Let’s be honest…who plans to be homeless?

The United States is one of the top 10 wealthiest nations in the world with 1.6 million to 3.5 million homeless! In 2015 Maricopa County officials guess that around 25,832 people were homeless but assume it's a much higher rate. Sadly, 37% are families - mainly single moms with kids. We rate 15th in the nation with the highest number of homeless people on our streets yearly.

Homelessness can happen to anyone, researchers say most people are one paycheck away from being homeless. The Loss of a job, divorce, domestic violence, substance abuse, mental illness or even medical bills can force people into the streets. Many are ill prepared for street living; there is no study guide or 3 step process in successful street living. Single moms with children face the worst uphill battle. But there’s H.O.P.E. and you!

With your help, we can offer affordable housing ,home-ownership, safe communities, stability and fulfilled dreams to many right here in our own city. When you stand with H.O.P.E. together we can rebuild lives one tiny home at a time.

We even accept creative ways of giving! Stocks, cars, property, check or money orders it all helps to achieve the goal of ending homelessness in our city! As a 501c3 you’ll be eligible for either a tax credit or may avoid capital gains. It's a win – win for everyone but especially for those who are homeless.
