Tiny Homes Community 

The West Central Phoenix Tiny Homes Community will be located on a plot of land near 35th Avenue and Thomas Road in West Central Phoenix. This site is 1.2 (one point two) acres and forms the basic model for future Tiny Home Communities, with 22 homes per acre. Each home will occupy a footprint that represents up to fifty percent of the sub-parcel on which it is sited. A 270 square foot home will have 700 square feet (or more) of land around it.

22 housing units would be installed on master plots with community laundry, admin, and amenities on site.
