"An Arizona non-profit organization that builds tiny homes for veterans is headed to the national stage to showcase one of its models as well as to promote affordable housing. To combat the challenge of finding affordable housing in the Valley, Build Us HOPE created the first sustainable tiny home community for veterans this year. Now, the organization is headed to Washington, D.C., representing Arizona and shedding light on a big issue. Tucked away on 13th Ave and Buckeye is a village of three micro homes known as V-13. Each unit is less than 300 square feet. But more importantly, it's a chance for veterans to live comfortably." |

The Showcase includes panel discussions, on stage interviews, and demonstrations with exhibitors, lawmakers, entrepreneurs, and leaders in the housing industry. Along with these main stage events, Showcase exhibitors are on-site displaying their prototype homes and new construction technologies."

What We Do |

Build us H.O.P.E. is the outreach and development arm for Singleton Community Services. The founders have a history of advocacy on behalf of the homeless, disabled and mentally ill. We also have experience in providing housing and supportive services within this community. Build Us H.O.P.E. is the first nonprofit in Arizona to construct permitted Tiny House Communities for these disadvantaged segments of society. Our mission is to create Housing Opportunities Provided for Everyone (HOPE).
When you see a homeless person, do you ever think, "What if that were me? How would I handle the loss of a job, a major medical issue, a change in the family dynamics? Do people deserve to be left on the streets because of misfortune?" Many of these homeless individuals could have been your neighbor previously, and at Build Us H.O.P.E. we want to give them a chance to be that again. We believe that everyone deserves to live with dignity, which starts with a roof over your head. |

Build us H.O.P.E. is designed to be a long-term, permanent community-based housing program that will provide supportive services for individuals who choose to participate in the programs we offer. Our target audience are those in need of affordable housing and/or those in need of supportive services.

Currently Build Us H.O.P.E is raising awareness and Funds to begin our next project, The Village on 17th, and the expansion of The Village on 13th; both Tiny Home Communities in the Phoenix metro area for Homeless & Disabled Veterans

Our organization has provided housing to the disadvantaged, as well as providing supportive services to over 1,500 individuals since 2009. We have also delivered advocacy, resources and other services for many more.

Fundraiser Event!We are rising money for our next Veteran Tiny Home Community, the Village on 17th, which will be comprised of 8-10 affordable housing units as well as a community center and shared gardens.
